Payments are required at the conclusion of each session. Under special circumstances, a certain number of session fees may be delayed under the discretion of the tutor. By signing your name below, you agree to make payment in full for session fees owed for prior service rendered, subject to a 1% interest rate compounded daily for each day past the session date. Failure to make payment within 30 days of the session date will result in termination of services.
I, the undersigned, hereby confirm and acknowledge to Paradise Tutors LLC, hereinafter called Creditor, that I am indebted to said Creditor. I acknowledge and agree that I incurred said Debt, and I am solely responsible for repayment of it to Creditor. I also agree and acknowledge that I have no defense should the Creditor use this document in a court of laws as a confession of judgment on my part. I have promised and agreed to pay the entire amount of said Debt within 30 days.
